The house has 3 bed, 2 bath and spacious living areas. Under the main part of the house you find an enormous garage that stores all the materials you need to maintain the house and olive grove, as well as the filter of the pool.

The house can be your personal hide away but can also be rented out (all the permissions are in place). The villa has 5 star reviews on Google, Booking and Airbnb. Due to the unique location, the pool and the views, this house is very easy to rent out

Management

Our concierge is also managing the rentals. He manages the different booking sides, makes sure the house is ready for the guests, is there when they arrive and does the check out.
