250 trees
Every year, our 250 olive trees provide us with high end extra verging olive oil. Once somebody tastes and buys our oil, they always come back for more. Our pre-order system makes that every year we are sold out. We ship our oil to customers and businesses mainly in Belgium and the North of Italy and Spain. This liquid gold is providing you a ROI that is a nice extra and makes that you have no additional annual costs to maintain the grove.
Two villa’s
Sitting on the hills of Petacciato, you will find two villas for each 6 persons. Both have 3 bed, 2 bath and grand living spaces. The pool is 12m large and both houses have the most stunning views over the sea and mountains, truly unique in Italy.
Concierge
Our concierge doesn’t only take care of the house and the holiday rentals but also of the olive grove. He speaks 4 languages and knows his way around the area. He would love to also work for the new owners, he knows everything that is to know about Al Fianco
