La Casa

You can find our holiday-house on the hillside (Al Fianco) of the town Petacciato in Molise. This villa is equipped with three bedrooms for 2 persons, two bathrooms and an open plant living/dining room & kitchen. This newly built house (2021) not only gives you all the modern facilities you need during your holiday but will blow you away with her amazing views over the sea and mountains.

The village of Petacciato, with its 4.000 inhabitants, is only a small walk from the house. There you will find all the practicalities you need during your stay (bakery, grocery, pharmacy, bars, …)

The region

Molise non esiste, that is what the Italians say but they are so wrong! In this small region, you will find all you need to have a nice and peaceful holiday. Strolling along the beach, hiking in the mountains, enjoying the slow pace of live and tasting the simple but delicious cooking of ‘la nonna’.

Sea and mountains 

The Adriatic Sea with it’s beautiful sandy beaches, is a 5 minute drive from the house by car. On these beaches, starting from the first of May to Mid September, you will find a wide range of beach bars. Rent a ‘lettino’ for the day, have lunch with your feet in the sand and end the day with an Aperol Spritz.

In the mountains of Molise, you can enjoy a nice walk, take on a part of the Tratturo or go skiing during wintertime. Only 45 minutes away from the house and your adventures can begin!
